Most hosts won't cap your bandwidth so you won't have to worry about signing up for a smaller plan. However, the bulk of hosts will charge you overage if you exceed your plan.

So, make sure that you look at the cost of overage when you signup with a hosting company.

There is no such thing as an unlimited bandwidth hosting account. Your best bet is to start with a reasonably priced 50gig plan with a host that you like the pricing if you happen to grow to 100gigs or more.
