I have a personal trainer who's been kicking my ass for almost a year, three or four times a week...six weeks on, one week off to prevent the 'overtraining syndrome'...
I'm on a very refined nutritional program, eating seven times a day....maybe every 2 - 2 1/2 hours apart.
I cardio with interval training four or five times a week....
And, kickbox once a week, which I just started....
Phoenix counts as my week off...and what a week off it shall be!
