I know the feeling Baba..... the spin class I take is 45-1 hour long and about 8 minutes into it I'm already sweating. It's getting a bit easier everytime I go which is everyday. Lucky that the gym I go to offers spin class 7 days a week.
I'm getting ready to go right now infact... great was to kick start your day.
