I started back 30 days ago

I go in the morning 30 mins of Cardio then do my weights! I started at 251lbs 5'11 15in bi's 42in w 46.5chest now I'm down to 236lbs,15.5 bi's 38w 47inchest I do the 6 meals a day and use whey and creation and vit/C Back in 1999 I was 250lbs at 11% body fat did the pool thing.. I so do want to go back to that lol The first two weeks hitting the gym I was dead lol but its awesome to watch your body change, I got a before pic's somewhere, so when I get down to 210lbs I want to take a after pic. When I get time I want to blog my experience!!
