lol.. well seriously, it kinda evens out my day.. i'm on the computer sitting here the whole time, and then the hour / hour n' a half i spend in the gym kinda equals things out

seriously, all you need is 45 mins of either intense cardio or lifting, depending on whatever your physical goals are. and it brings a sense of satisfaction + higher self esteem. but thats jus me.
