Well, See im very active with cardio due to teaching tennis for a second job, and mine comes from constantly dealing with the symptoms. I would say try and exercise more, unless you do already. If you exercise regularly, then I would say to try and relax asmuch as possible. At least have some sort of exercise though. Im not sure how ur diet is but that could cause fatigue also.
