I do think if they were leaving injured bums lying around while their tapes sell like hotcakes that they are in the wrong. However I don't see why someone could not take the idea and run with it.
I have to say that I think encouraging kids across america to harrass homeless people does suck though. Not that this does not happen already but you can be sure the copy cats will come out the wood work. Lots of good and bad points in it all.
But hey how come nobody has just found some willing bum, hire him appropriately and then get chicks to suck his dirty dick and take it in the ass and make a reality site about that? Sort of like sponsor your local derelict and help the guy get his life together type of thing. Like a charity meets porn cause. Fun and $$$ for everyone, opposed to giving a bum a few bucks to let you film him getting tied up and shit, and then leaving his broken ass in the alleyway, thats lame.
