I'm from seattle, and I wasn't surprised to learn that the suspect is from montana, as capitol hill is probably the "gayest" part of the city. (except for sir-mix-a lot of course) There is one reported incident from his home town of whitefish, that at a local art fundraiser he shot a statue of a moose with a shotgun as a prank. It's always sad when tragedy strikes, but there's too many candy kids in that part of town tripping out. Something like this was just waiting to happen
