Which sites you own?

I just checked one of my sites in Alexa and noticed that it has picked up another 4 websites, 1 of which I don't partically want people to know about as it's a personal website for family and friends..

How can I block Alexa from accessing my data and how does it work out which sites you own. Is it from the domain registrar, Website host or what..
