There was a ukranian serial killer that whent town to town in the rural areas executing full families. The neighbors would hide and listen to the other families scream as they were killed via shotgun one by one. I don't know about you but I know my neighbors well; they've stopped people stealing from us physically and I would take great pleasure in doing the same for them. Where's your sense of community!? By the way; the ukranian serial killer when finally caught after a lengthy rampage said that the most sickening part to him; was the indiference of neighboring farmers. ;P If it was you would you like to think someone would lend a hand?
