I keep faulting to my "Payne Stewart" theory...in 1999, a tiny 6 person jet misses it's ping and in, like, 10 minutes we've got F-16's scrambled and all that...yet 4 commercial airliners can do 180's and head towards major metropolitan cities for 45 minutes AND NOT ONE JET IS SCRAMBLE.

WTF is up with that?

I think they tried to answer this one, too...but I don't give a shit what they say.
