Your assertion that they "all work under the table" and don't pay taxes just shows how little you know about the subject, YOU stupid fuck. In the county I live Mexican citizens pay a majority of the sales tax collected. These aren't illegals but Mexican citizens. Less federal and state income tax and more sales taxes is the way to tax any underground economy. I think our government should do more of it.
