Well I may have 'jumped the gun' but its still stupid to have it loaded unless youre at the range or ready to shoot something. Growing up my whole life around guns, ive learned alot of respect for them.

Veterans of the 45? ooooK! ...wth is a slide lock going to do if the round is already chambered and hammer cocked? Keep the slide from ejecting the shell? ...only slide lock I know of is to keep the slide BACK, like after the clip is empty. Enlighten me here, please.
