Terrorism is a larger problem than most people think and is rather common.
England has the IRA, France and Spain have the Basque to contend with. Sir Lanka also has terrorists (depending on your definition of terrorist), as do other countries.
I'm sorry, but somewhere along the line there are entire races that offically don't have a home. The Basque is great example. I believe they are spread out in areas that are now made up of France and Spain. I'm sorry, but France and Spain CANNOT give up space to allow them to form a country - because this land is already occupided and it would be unfair for any government to say "Sorry, this land now belongs to the Basque". I'm sorry, but the Basque will have to llearn to live amoung the French and the Spanish and do their best to keep their culture alive.
(If you ever get the chance to eat at a Basque resturant, I highly recomend it. You show up at a certain time and you all sit at the same table, and they bring you your meal - they only have one option on the menu, and that's what everyone gets. It's rather interesting really.)
