It's called an imperfect market. But that's not a bad thing. It creates opportunities.
If there was a perfect market, and every pimp in the world was aware of this sale, and some of those people could see that even at, let's say, $100,000, this domain was priced at only a fraction of the millions of dollars of revenue it could drive as a great potential brand, then it would sell for $100,000 or more (don't get hung up on these exact numbers, they are just illustrative).
The point is that an imperfect market gives opportunities. Because that perfect market doesn't exist, and this domain is only being marketed on GFY, and most of the GFY webmasters don't believe in the power of branding --someone could buy this domain for only $25k.
That's.. an opportunity.
