Ordo...are you talking about Georgetown, OH? Hit me up sometime, I have family there and live not far from there myself.
As for the girl...I think she's a keeper. Hardcore is probably the best way to go with her, but if you wanted to start off with something else and see if it works, she may sell better than we think.
