well actually it is in europe, there were enough people who wrote it in to the census forms that it (according to the rules) must become a valid choice in the next census.
Sort of reminds me of the petition that this hour has 22 minutes had to get a referendum that would force stockwell day to legally change his name to doris. When that moron thought it was a good idea to require a referendum on an issue if 10% of the population signed a petition for a proposition.
