If his band was signed to a contract and he was part of the band, he'd be violating his Idol contract. They all rock in their genre but outside, they falter. Bucky has a halfway decent voice and turns my crank, but outside of country he can't really carry a tune. Chris is a great rock singer with an amazing voice, but how will he do with a ballads or show tunes? You can't turn every song into a rock song.

Taylor is having a blast and has a good following so I'd expect him to do well after the show if he doesn't win. Elliot isn't consistent. I don't like Katharine, not sure why not. I thought Lisa Tucker was at the top but lately she's choosing the wrong songs.

I'd like to see Taylor, Chris and Mandisa in the top 3.
