Bullshit, I've overclocked all my pcs and never had any issues... as long as you don't try to run 3Ghz pc at 4Ghz you'll be fine... proably start at +5%, and then up the clock rate by 1% untill it starts being unstable, and then back off from that 2% or more, whatever you are comfortable with...
