Hey Paul, that was a great post. Most of my questions were answered, but I'm a little confused about the definition of Second Rights.
Also, what is the protocol for dealing with multiple magazines, to make sure I find a buyer? Do you just approach them one-at-a-time until one of them says they're interested? Or is it ever that clear?
