Well biological and physical differences for one thing. I don't want to get into a debate really. But let's be honest, this type of thing is common the other way around in the real world. The average teenage girl is 9 times more likely to have an STD than a same aged male. Why? Because they're dating and having sex with lots of older men. So letting a handful of women off for this 'crime' for every couple thousand men that get away with it every day maybe evens things out a bit. *shrugs*
