Hi Guys,

My name is Marcella, and I'm a Hungarian director living in California. I have a new website called AnimaDreams.com. It is a sort of "fancy" hardcore site containing beautiful hardcore short films (and by beautiful I mean beautiful: all the material is owned and produced by AnimaDreams, Inc., and I myself have a film degree and my cinematographer a Cannes Film Festival nomination and several awards under his belt). The girls on the site are mostly Eastern European models, although I have a couple of famous American pornstars there as well. Please check out the site, and read my About AnimaDreams page for more info. I need somebody who could run the site for me, so that I can focus on production. Maintainance is fairly easy, because I only update pics once a week, and a film and a diary once a month - but I need good designing skills and most importantly, somebody who knows how to drive traffic for a paysite that lives on returning costumers who are "hooked" (versus the "ease yourself for two bucks" sort of deal, because those people will never pay $24.95 per month). I would pay you by giving you a percentage of the site revenue, based on a scale (meaning the more people sign up, the more money you get), up to 40 percent. Please only respond if you have experince in the business, have good related references and if you are confident you can do the work well and on time, and can bring in traffic.
