At approximately 11:30 AM, Jupiter Hosting experienced a routing problem that caused our BGP routing tables to fluctuate with routes for roughly three hours. This meant that, during this time, some customers may have experienced latency and packet-loss. We believe we have resolved the matter, and are continuing to monitor all our systems to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
