FUCK ALIENWARE. I'll take every opportunity I can to chime in with that. I've got one sitting in my closet that I bought last year. Sent it back twice and it's still fucked. Also, spent about 20 hours with them on their fucked up tech support that just keeps handing you off to 10 different barely English speaking guys who have to ask "What is your name, email address and Alienware account #" every fucking time you get a new guy. It finally got to the point for me that I just could not afford to spend one more minute with them on tech support. I wasn't able to work. It's a total loss. You can find many more reviews like these if you look around on the review sites which I should have done before I bought it.
