At approximately 11:30 AM, Jupiter Hosting experienced a routing problem that caused our BGP routing tables to fluctuate with routes for roughly three hours. This meant that, during this time, some customers may have experienced latency and packet-loss. We believe we have resolved the matter, and are continuing to monitor all our systems to ensure maximum uptime and availability. We believe this is an isolated event, however, continued monitoring and diagnose will be conducted to finalize the results of our findings. We apologize for the inconvenience.
