Anyhow.. Im still bullish on the real estate market when it comes to quality.
In fact we just closed last month on a waterfront high end condo.
It will be ready next year.
Here's the only concern.. We hope intrest rates dont get too out of control between now and then. The closest we can lock in a rate is 90 days before closing..
