One time I was doing that and the atm machine was out of money when I attempted to withdraw my cash. So the fucking machine put a "pending" hold on my money in my paypal account and the bank said "oh well it will drop off in about ten days."
I called paypal and went crazy and the girl on the phone released it and I was able to withdraw my money. Very cool.
Also, there is an option in your account to change your pin at any time. Paypal adds a buck onto all the transactions, in addition to any fees the atm adds to it so keep that in mind when you figure out the amount you want to deduct and you should have no problems.
OOHH make sure you use it as CHECKING when you withdraw cash, seems that is your prob right there hehe
