Food for thought. I am a practicing lawyer and it is illegal to produce adult content featuring anyone who is under the influence of a drug. This includes hard rugs and alcohol. The law has not been tested or enforced, but I believe it will be very soon. I have noticed a recent trend of drunk girl content and sooner or later the authorities in the US will dig this statute up and prosecute. They would need one of the models on their side to get it to work. A girl for example saying she was drunk when she signed the release forms. It could then be argued by a model that he/she had done things when under the influence making the contract/releases void and the content 100% illegal to distribute. Jail time and fines could also be handed out to producers of this type of content.
