Believe yourself. Use your own credit card on a site and see if it gets accepted and you get credited, have your friends do it from different areas with different cards as a way of troubleshooting to see if it is a processing issue or some other possible issue. The parameters of what we accept and don?t accept do not change on a consistent basis, quite the opposite...
Example: Last year the day that Star Wars Episode 3 came out = horrible sales day for many sites..3 days later an article was on cnn explaining that an enormous amount of people took the day off from school/work to see it
I have heard that right now we are in a 3 week spring break window and that may be the cause of your concern...that demographic likes to use their credit cards..+ Spring Break tends to attract other people (not in school) who like to be around spring breakers
