If you think that something is not working correctly, I suggest that you use your own or a friends card to test the signup out. That way you get a real-world test of whether something is or is not working for you and if you discover that it does not go through, shoot me an email with the email address you used and ill check out the exact reason.
My own experience has been that sales are not always consistent, some days/weeks are better than others, some are worse, Fridays and weekends are good, Tues/Wed are normally not the best days of the week, there are many other factors involved. CCBill can only fix something that is not working properly, and I assure you that we do our best to keep things working as they should.

Nothing is wrong??? I'm seeing people complaining about bad sales the last 2 weeks on the FlashCash board and also people complaining on the pimproll board for the same period of time.. On the pimproll board the pimproll staff said "Paycom and CCBill were having throughput problems."
So who and what are we supposed to believe??? It's situations like this that make us feel like we're just being fed a line.
