I use the boards as a barometer to measure my ratios by. If everyone is having bad ratios, then that lets me know that either A. that the people with credit cards aren't actually horny enough to buy memberships all around the world or B. that there may be some issues with processors as that is the common denominator.
And honestly, maybe you guys are having a problem and don't know it. With enough similar feedback from enough people on the boards, maybe that will launch an investigation that may reveal and issue.
Just because it's on the boards, does not mean it's unprofessional. The response I already received from support seemed canned and dismissive, so I chose to get a consensus from people in the industry to see if they are seeing the same thing I am.

Patmccrotch,
Hi, this is Mark from CCBill. Our overall ratios look normal and average, sales are going through as normal. If you think that something is not working correctly, I suggest that you use your own or a friends card to test the signup out. That way you get a real-world test of whether something is or is not working for you and if you discover that it does not go through, shoot me an email with the email address you used and ill check out the exact reason.
My own experience has been that sales are not always consistent, some days/weeks are better than others, some are worse, Fridays and weekends are good, Tues/Wed are normally not the best days of the week, there are many other factors involved. CCBill can only fix something that is not working properly, and I assure you that we do our best to keep things working as they should.
