Simple thing is, if you have the money to get out of trouble.. Well you can bend the rules.
If you don't have it, don't take the risk it's not worth it.. Just submit galleries to the hun or build tgps and blogs with the rest of us low ballers.
I however would love to add mass mailings to many peoples inboxes.. too bad I'm an American.
