Last post about sums it up, but by simply looking at most of these type of ads you can logically see it's obviously not a legitimate offer.

Any ad for a job that has almost zero requirements (except, in this case, that you have a computer), sounds like a sales pitch ("Make Money From Home!!!!!"), sounds too good to be true ("No work!!! Make $5000 a week!!"), requires money up front, and advertises in places of high traffic (street lamps) or, stereotypically, lower income locations (free weekly job newspapers, bus stops) is almost certainly a scam or at least bullshit.
