Bums suck. Bums made NYC a pile of shit when that fucking tennis loving goofy fuckface Dinkins was the Mayor. I worked nights in NYC and the place was sometimes frightening - hookers, bums, junkies, and criminals all over the fucking 5 boroughs - and more bums on Madison Ave than anywhere else! Yeah, those high priced storefronts lock up for the night and Rufus and Lester piss all over the fucking place as they moved in with their cardboard condos.

Once Herr Rudy came to power, it was a miracle. No more squeegie men, panhandlers, no more homeless mental cases, the fucking hookers went way down, and I didn't have to worry about the 9mm Crack Killer in Brooklyn anymore. Greatest mayor that city has had in my lifetime, wether he banged his assistant or not.

I have no problem with homeless shelters, mental help for serious mental patients, and any kind of aid to help those who need it. But get the fuck off the streets. People on the streets are either victims, or victimizers. If your buildings guys can't keep the bums out, hire some whacky Ukranians - best super I knew in NY was a big ballbuster from the Ukraine. Nobody fucked with Boris's building.
