I posted here because, I thought maybe something would be done instead of only half done. Also being ignored when sending emails to a company is not fun either. So here I am.
My hadle is cjwc. I'm not emailing. Just get your customer care dude to refund what's left owing. I cancelled my billing for a certain date, the billign went through for 2 additional months. Only one month was refunded. Just tell him that.
