Ok, there was a thread on here about a week ago about some dude who lost his domain via registerfly because he didn't renew in time. I along with loads of other peopel took he piss out of him but now i'm having the same problems..
This is basically what has happened so far:
13th March: I revieve an email from registerfly mentioning that my domain will expire on the 22nd March, I click the link in the email and renew then domain.
I recieve an email from refisterfly:
I also recieve a second email:
I then think nothing of it until today 19th March when I recieve an email that says:
By this stage I am starting to get a little worried but I decide to go to registerfly and re register manually. Whilst checking out my account I notice that the $8.99 hasn't been credited to my account.
Anyway, I go to renew domain and click register. The site doesn't ask any details, eg credit card details it just comes up with a page that says registration/ renew in process.
I get another couple of emails and decide to cancel the order because it just doesn't feel right. I click renew again and this time it asks for my cc details...
Just today, I have recieved 8 automated emails from registerfly and one I think was from a real person in reply to a support request I filled in, this is what he said.
Within 20 minutes I have recieved another email that says:
Argggghhhh!!!
I don't know what to do, I don't want to lose this domain..
One other thing, when I checked the whois info after I had attempted to renew the first time. The technical support was listed down as registerfly.
Can I move this to namecheap? How and will it go through by the 22nd?
