its easy

1. mark where you're going to mount the tv
2. cut a small hole in this area
3. cut a small hole close to the outlets or whatever by the floor
4. mount the tv
5. run the wire straight down and pull it out of the bottom

done, just make sure you use those little plastic bezels or whatever they're called so your hole looks nice n neat
