I just got back from a trip and I felt that I was cheated big time. Our was told our hotel was completely rebuilt (had construction next door with guys on site at 8 AM), had some personal stuff stolen from my room and some money from my suitcase? and some other no so minor problems..
So I call travel agency (FunJet) and she just said ?You want a refund? No problem, send us a letter?? My feeling is saying that ts a waste of time. Most I can get is ?Im sorry but there?s nothing we can do? shit reply.. Have you had any luck?
