Unfortunately, guilty of being a fucking idiot will land you in jail. Too bad, really; but, there are all kinds of fucking idiots who manage to take the wrong turn in life and their decisions, thinking they are smarter than they are..or, at the very least, deluding themselves into thinking they fly under the radar.
