Ive now had pending charges on my card for 13 business days, and after 5 emails and 1 phone call they are not resolved. NO I wont contact the merchant and have them fax anything. NO its not my responsibility. My bank doesnt ask me to do that, nor does paypal. Its a small money amount but I dont like people holding onto my money and I dont have access to it.
Please ICQ me and help me out.

I got charged 3 times, waited on the phone (long distance on a cell phone) for 1 hour, then I had to wait 30 days for the pending charges to go ... nothing much you can do.
