The fact that someone bills on the 95th percentile means you're getting screwed?

I think that's a really incorrect generalization. How someone bills has nothing to do with their rates or even how they compare (price wise) to a company that bills another way.

Company A might charge per megabit billed at the 95th percentile while Company B charges a fixed rate per Gigabyte of transfer, versus Company C who bills flat rates for a metered connection. Without knowing anything about this guys bandwidth needs, how can you possibly say which billing method is screwing him?

Alex and his crew @ ISPRIME are very good guys. Their network is solid and their service rocks. We've had several servers with them for at least the last 2 years and have been very happy with the performance, price, service, etc!
