Be sure to have a clear waiver for any type of suspenion or intense bondage shoots, because you don't want a model coming back claiming she dislocated a shoulder or hurt her back during a shoot. This should also be covered by a pre-existing medical condition type waiver.

Those waivers are worth the price of a cup of coffee and a couple of bucks. If someone gets injured on ANY form of work-job etc, you can and most likely WILL he able to be held accountable.
Stunt people have their own or shoots-movies etc provide for special insurances for injuries related to on the lot injuries.
I'm sure a certain other person from that industry here can elaborate on that more if he chooses to.
------------
In bondage, safe words aren't enough, eye blinks in a set prearranged and other means are a real good idea. Think that piece of paper waiver will keep that big cop with the cuffs at bay if someone DIES? Worst case there, but if someone gets hurt there will be H*LL to pay, complete with the rock holding it up and the Devil at the door.
You'd better do your homework before you start and this ain't your next day pop quiz homework.
