you just can't have those COMBINED...
It's more of a situation of proving the model gave consent.
Just like our bloodletting shoots, no penetration.
People every day generally add hardcore sex to their bondage play, but it can't be done in photoshoots. I think it's a weird statute myself, especially if the model signed a release stating exactly what was going to happen.

Voodoo,
So, if you decide to shoot bondage, I know some bondage photographers that even have their models sign stunt performer releases for suspnsion type shoots and other liability waivers that aren't normally needed for typical "spread your pussy to piss off your father" type shoots.
Be sure to have a clear waiver for any type of suspenion or intense bondage shoots, because you don't want a model coming back claiming she dislocated a shoulder or hurt her back during a shoot. This should also be covered by a pre-existing medical condition type waiver.
Also, before shooting bondage, just as with real bondage, have safe words for the model to use (especially if shooting video) if things get too intense or she is really hurting (not in the fun sado way). Of course it's very important that the models haven't drank any alcohol or taken any drugs before the shoot. The last thing you want is some drunk bitch getting hurt or maimed on a rack because she wasn't clear of mind.
Also, if you're shooting bondage, do some research and make sure it's authentic. Nothing kills a bondage site like pics of people tied up for the sake of being tied up and the dom acting like a sub. I've seen a lot of MAJOR sites that you can tell the owner has no clue whatsoever about the content. Even some of the "players" have hugely pathetic bondage sites that might draw in the curious viewer who saw some rope play on HBO, but won't get that hardcore bondage surfer that'll stick with a site for 6-8 months.
