As a dedicated BSD user since 2.2.4 and a sometimes
Linux user ...and admin on both, I don't need to read
it.

XXX vs XXX is always a religious battle.

FreeBSD = Unix ... standards and all
Linux = Something close ... loose standards and all

Use what you know and what works for you. The both
carry the same basic design concepts and benchmarking
them will never tell you which is the absolute winner
with real surfer traffic.

The arguement of single distro and single ports
repository is going out the window with Lindows as
it matures (yes pun intended).

A better article would be "Mac OS/X vs Linux... what
happens when you give someone too much power
under a fancy window manager".
