I don't see any benefit form them. All that did was get federal money to my state cut and the republican governor here raised sales taxes to make up the difference. So where is my tax cut? I rather he used the surplus to pay off the 7 TRILLION debt FIRST. The taxes could ahve ben cut even more than what Bush did. For example the top rate could have been lowered to 27% instead of the 35% Bush cut it down too. Big whoop Bush. big whoop.
