Ok, this topic just popped into mind when I, once again, ate the same stuff I always eat. I got used to this when I used to work out regularly, this shit gives you all you need.
Daily Menu:
The brown stuff : Boiled liver, mashed with rice and raisins... mmm.
The white stuff : Cottage cheese
The red stuff : red whortleberry sauce made of fresh berries
Beat that. Atleast 5 times a week.
