Obvious question: is their traffic - quantity
and quality - going up? If yes, all might be well, the cake is getting bigger and maybe the price increase just keeps their slice the same size. But if not, your slice of the cake is about to get smaller. Perhaps not a lot smaller, but smaller. And you should expect it to get smaller still in future.
And if that is the future, then the next obvious question: how much do you depend on their traffic? How badly will you be hit if it slows down more or becomes too expensive and how long will it take to switch to another equal or better income source? Depending on the answers, everything may be fine for now. Then again...
