Fact is... if someone cheats on you, all that should matter to you is that theyre not worthy of your trust and love. Yeah it hurts... and I would definitely warn a girl if given the opportunity to, but lets stop with the "Girls are worse than guys", "men are dogs" thing.

People can be fucked up regardless of their gender.. PERIOD.
