I also wonder why Google still doesn't allow advertisers to ban click traffic from those countries, even though the people living there are never going to buy their products or can even speak the language? Um yes you CAN in fact ban clicks from ANY country you want. I only get American and Canadian traffic and I know that for a FACT.
