I've done it a few times. It tends to get complicated in real life. The best time to do it is very, very early in a relationship, altho doing it with women that you were totally casual with would be the ideal.
But usually it happens with women before you start to get really bonded with them, or they with you, in the first few weeks of the connection.
It's hot, but it's also a bit overrated.
It's not as good as really good sex with a chick you really dig.
